On3 Oct., the completion and awarding ceremony for 2017 the first Grassrootsmanagement (shift leader/foreman) training course was held in theadministrative hall of Zunyi Base. Completion certificates were granted to 22students who passed exam of the SMT plant, and 4 students and 1 team withexcellent performance were awarded cash bonus.

Notonly a kind of attitude but a kind of harvest presents study. Everyone isexpected to apply to work the knowledge he learnt. Meanwhile, we will alsosummarize the experience and overcome the shortcomings of this training so asto make the training better serve the Grassroots management staff!
